Big trouble at the Wonker Weiner Company
In today’s lesson in timeless philosophy from The Far Side, things are not all well at the Wonker Weiner Company. The Bossman has concluded his investigation into his organization and has found a few things wrong.
One glance at the banner atop the table where the board convenes reveals the core issue. The hot dog is placed perpendicular to the bun, rather than nestled snugly into the bun like all other hot dogs. Sure there’s the sauerkraut, the ketchup and mustard, but the dang hot dog isn’t placed in the bun correctly – and the consumers who vote with their wallets have made their voices heard.
This seems like such an obvious fix, but I’ve known so many people who overcomplicate troubleshooting issues in their business that really all that is needed is to simply place the hot dog into the bun correctly.
Well, maybe not that simple, but sometimes a second set of eyes can see obvious fixes that those in the trenches can’t quite make out.
If you’re stuck in a creative project of some sort and could use a second set of eyes to offer some fixes, hit me up with an email and let’s set up a time to connect with a quick call to talk things over. It costs nothing for the time being.
For all we know it could become a regular thing if things go well in that short call.
