Secret mind hack to thrive in stressful situations

It’s no secret that performance anxiety is a problem for a lot of people.

I’m not necessarily referring to musical performances; far more than that. I’m talking about everyday encounters where we’re forced to choose between saying what’s on our minds or conforming with the norms established by the Gatekeepers of Polite Society.

That adrenaline rush you feel when something you disagree with is said in even the most benign circumstances is a real phenomenon and can be paralyzing to say the least.

In my latest episode (shared on my latest podcast project called Gone Newclear) I share some thoughts on how to use the power of visualization to not only survive those stressful situations, but actually thrive in them.

It of course takes practice, but the technique I discuss in the podcast will hopefully help you to practice without the benefit of real-world experience.
